"The call of duty by assisting clients with becoming a better version of themselves not of ourselves."
As a proud retired Navy Veteran, who is a license eligible mental health therapist. I am certified in AMSR (Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk), as well as a 12-Step Facilitator Outpatient Program Certified Instructor and Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT)
I believe everyone can overcome life adversities and obstacles when given the appropriate support and tools provided through Psychotherapy. Ideally, I want the client to be willing to peel back those layers of pain through understanding, believing truly in themselves along with what they are looking towards as far as their goals are concerned. Achieving a better version of themselves while developing their plans to accomplish it together.
Through Psychotherapy our steps include starting with the patient's long-term and short-term goals. A treatment plan, that provides more actions than talk, which is Goal focus and oriented. The client successes are catered, geared, and tailored more therapeutic-wise for lifetime achievements.
